GASTONIA - On the 7th day of April, 2008, we kissed our beloved wife, mother and daughter good-night down here and the angels kissed her good morning in heaven. You were a loving wife, mother and daughter. We will all miss you dearly, but to be absent from the body is to be present with our Lord. 

In her sixty-two years, Pat was such a blessing in the lives of her friends and family. 
Mrs. Warren was born on March 8, 1946, in Gastonia.  She attended Zion Baptist Church and was retired after 43 years of faithful service from Wachovia Bank & Trust.

A funeral service will be held 1 p.m. Thursday at the Founders Chapel of McLean Funeral Directors in Gastonia. 
Interment is at Gaston Memorial Park. 
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. 

She is survived by her husband of 43 years, Michael A. Warren; son, Mike Warren; mother and father, Kenneth and Lou Ellen McSwain. As a surviving, beloved son, she was the air I breathe. 

The Revs. Leo Kuykendall and Clarence McMahan will officiate. 

Pallbearers will be Moris McSwain, Frank McSwain, Clarence McSwain, Tim Hoover, Kip Kelly, and Jerry Warren.
